Across the globe, the volume of waste is escalating steadily because of growing populations, rising standards of living, and increased urbanization. The escalation is in the municipal, industrial, agriculture and medical markets.

Waste conversion is emerging as an essential component for renewable energy and environmental protection strategies.

Our core objective is to convert the waste materials to a valuable utility resource at the specific site that is generating the waste and divert it from the landfill. We have various solutions that can benefit the waste generators and collectors.

Combustion Power

Combustion solution consists of three major modules (Firing section, Power block, and Emission control). 

RAI will customize a solution based on the customer feedstock properties, capacity, regional mandate. Also, customer requirements for power resources such as electrical, district energy, or both. All of these requirements would comply for various international, national, and local agencies.

Distributed Bioenergy Solution

The generation of the biowaste stream is increasing at an exponential rate. It comes across the metro and rural regions and from multi-markets and industries. 

The anaerobic digestion (AD) is an acceleration of a natural reaction of a living system that converts organic waste into energy and a byproduct that replaces a chemical fertilizer.

Multiple AD configurations are available such as the Continuously Stirred Tank Reactor (CSTR). One unique design is the micro digester that can package in containerized housing for urban waste, or the standard CSTR tank for the dairy or any wet application.

A dry application, the waste feedstock would consist of food, yard, and other organics. Its where solids contents operate within 20%-30% total solids (TS) range, a more substantial capacity would be required as the system configures in a batch-style digestion process.
